Fellow Comrades,
It is with huge heart of gratitude that I write this short piece today after getting sorrowful for some hours.
Truly the Bible says that "sorrow may endure for a night but joy COMETH in the morning"
My joy today is the future of IPAC in the right hands and my sorrow is seeing my principal and leader hand over baton of leadership to another.
After listening to the DG Campaign of our to be Chairman, I see a very bright light shine through a very long and dark tunnel.
I've not rested for many days due to panic of who is our next Moses (Joshua).
Comrade Gentleman Arabambi by divine help and instructions has led IPAC Ogun out of Egypt into a land of promise but just like God knows who the next leader will be, he used him to discover a worthy successor. A man I've not set my eyes on before but surrounded by many that have crossed my path in destiny by divine arrangement by God.
I was told the man is sponsored to hijack IPAC. I was told he has nothing to offer but leading IPAC Ogun into another year of slavery but I was misled.
I can confidently tell you that the incoming Chairman is another bloodline of Moses (Joshua) who will further the course of development in IPAC.
I was shocked to my marrow to hear Comrade Gentleman Arabambi step down for the incoming. I wanted to walk out with anger until I hear from the incoming and I see a God sent leader to IPAC.
This is why i say "STORM IS OVER".
I urge every party chairman to see IPAC as a moving train, ready to pick everyone positive along.
I see IPAC of no more ghost party chairmen.
I see IPAC that will lead the commission in the nation as pacesetter.
I see IPAC with distinguished party chairmen.
I see IPAC of ideas and productive projects.
I see IPAC that will compliment the efforts of the State in governance.
I see IPAC that will speak on behalf of the people and not the government's tooth-pick.
I see IPAC with innovative men and women.
I see IPAC with chairmen managing several state portfolios professionally.
I see IPAC that will initiate community engagements at ward level to state level.
I see IPAC that is administratively run like the state government itself.
I see IPAC that will enhance peace and security in the State.
I see IPAC where chairmen will no longer beg for coins but generate funds for the state.
I see IPAC where all chairmen are carried along and no one left aside.
I see a platform for professionals.
I see a platform where the young shall be recognized and not silenced.
I see IPAC with young and elders mingle without discrimination.
Don't be carried away about money sharing. I was part of the entire meeting and money wasn't part of the factor for supporting a consensus candidate.
What I see today is still the usual we see everyday and I think it's in the right direction.
Finally, I encourage everyone to see into the progress of IPAC and not just our personal interest.
The time is still young, the hour is still fresh.
We can still make a collective decision and I will be willing and ready to lead everyone who believe in a UNITED IPAC to joint government.
History has been made today and Comrade Gentleman Arabambi has led the breaking of hard ice by given to a consensus candidate.
Sincerely,
Prince Tolu Ajayi (PTA)
State Chairman
Young Progressive Party
