A report trending on the net has alleged that Ibime Belema-Jonathan, a 24-year-old native of Nembe LGA of Baylesa State, has revealed that he is one of President Jonathan’s children, and maybe first son. "According to Belema-Jonathan, his mother was a receptionist in a Port Harcourt hotel (which shall remain undisclosed) when she met Goodluck nearly 25 years ago. Their relationship was made private because of the risks it posed to Goodluck's then fledgling political career.  Belema-Jonathan has decided to disclose this information after recently being informed by his mother, who had just passed away . It is his desire for his father to assume and fulfill his fatherly duties after a lifetime of absence." Both will President Jonathan agree to have a DNA to prove this young man's mother claim?

Super Eagles star, and Chelsea mid-fielder, John Obi Mikel is a happy man at the moment.  Mikel who applied for his British passport last year has finally gotten it. Mikel became eligible for citizenship, having spent more than eight years in England following his transfer to Chelsea from Lyn Oslo of Norway in 2006.We say big congrats to him.

National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Senator Bola Tinubu, has accused President Goodluck Jonathan of being insincere that he knows nothing about the 400,000 barrels of crude oil which the former Lagos State governor said was being stolen from Nigeria daily. Tinubu, who spoke at the flag-off of Governor Abiola Ajimobi’s campaign in Ibadan on Saturday, insisted that Jonathan was allegedly responsible for oil theft and that he should be removed by all Nigerians during presidential election. He said, “God will not take us back to the bad days again. We will not see PDP here again because God has chased them away. Segun Oni and Oyinlola have realised that PDP is not the right party. Leaders of the party have deceived us for too long but I did not allow them in Lagos. “In the past, Oyo was a violent state but that has disappeared and we will not go back to the dark days. Sean Tizzle in a new interview with Nigerian Tribune has revealed what a lot of people will find shocking about him. According to Sean, he suffered so much that he had to go to parties to beg for food, and then help out later on for little change. Here’s what he said;                                          Those days were very rough, but we thank God that we have been able to sail through. I used to sleep outside, hustle and fall asleep in buses. I also used to go to owanbe parties not to dance, because I didn’t have party clothes to wear, but I used to go because they had food. So at least at the end of the party, I could help out, get a little change, then go find shelter somewhere and continue my hustle the next day.

Don Jazzy  yesterday evening won the Sun Newspapers Creative Person of the Year Award 2014 at a ceremony that held at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos. Well deserved! Congrats to him.
