YPP OGUN STATE DISTANCES SELF FROM THE REPORTED CLAIM OF ADOPTING AKINLADE AS GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE
The Leadership of the Young Progressive Party in Ogun state wishes to inform all her members and the general public at large of a misleading claim by the MC at the flag off of APM gubernatorial campaign ground claiming that 60 political parties have endorsed Adekunle Akinlade in which YPP was mentioned among the list. IPAC chairman also said that IPAC was invited as a body with her members. YPP Ogun is using this medium to call on her members and supporters to disregard this false claim as the party is not in any of such agreement with APM or any other political party. We are deeply shocked and devastated over this false claim in an open rally and couldn't believe a political party could go this extra mile to play politics of bitterness and desperation. We distance ourselves from such unguarded claim as we remain focus on the vision of our party for the state.
