FG Declares, Dec. 25, 26 & Jan. 1 Public Holidays
The Federal Government has declared December 25th, 26th and January 1 st , 2016 public holidays to enable Nigerians celebrate Christmas, Boxing day and the 1 st day of the year properly.

Chelsea Sacks Mourinho
Chelsea have sacked manager Jose Mourinho seven months after he led them to the Premier League title. The 52-year-old Portuguese had been in his second spell at the club, taking charge in June 2013. Mourinho's final match was Monday's 2-1 defeat at leaders Leicester City. Pep Guardiola, Guus Hiddink, Brendan Rodgers and Juande Ramos have all been touted as possible successors.
FG promises to pay salaries of Federal civil servants before Christmas
The office of the Accountant General of the Federation (AGF) has promised that the Federal government will endeavor to pay the salaries of all Federal civil servants before the Christmas holiday. The Director of Funds in the office of the Accountant General, Mohammed Dikwa gave the assurance during an interview in Abuja yesterday December 16th "I want to assure all Federal civil servants that, God willing, they will get their salaries before Christmas because we will try as much as possible to pay the salaries before that time"he said
