Foremost writer, poet and actor, Adebayo Faleti, has dismissed a rumour going round that he is dead. There were some reports early today – Monday – that the legendary artist, who had been slowed down by an ailment, had passed on. But it was a healthy Faleti that spoke to our correspondent in a telephone interview on Monday afternoon. “I am alive,” he said in Yoruba. “I am alive. Long life will be my lot.”
