Abducted Ex-Minister Rescued

A former Minister of State for Education, Iyabo Anisulowo, has been rescued almost a week after her abduction. Anisulowo was returning from her farm in Ilaro last week Wednesday when she was accosted by gunmen and whisked away.

She was rescued in a town called Gbegbelawo near Olorunda Town in Ogun State at about 7pm last night, May 3, 2015. Police say two suspects have been arrested in connection with the kidnap.
