Criminals Now Using Polythene Bags To Rob Motorists In Abuja?

According to the handle 'Abujacar', motorists in Abuja need to be very careful has criminals now use this method to deflate tires of unsuspecting victims. They wrap nails inside a polythene bag and one would just think it's nothing but an ordinary bag not knowing it contains nails that can deflate their tires.
